WebHost DSA Trademark Guidelines

Please follow WebHost DSA guidelines when referencing WebHost DSA trademarks and the names of WebHost DSA® software, products, and services on packaging, promotional materials, advertising, Web sites, and other collateral. If you do not find guidelines for a particular name or trademark on this site, please refer to the General WebHost DSA Trademark Guidelines. These guidelines set the basic structure for referential use of all WebHost DSA trademarks and WebHost DSA software, product, and service names.

WebHost DSA Trademark Licensing

WebHost DSA will make available many of its valuable trademarks for licensing development opportunities where it makes sense from a brand and business perspective. While WebHost DSA retains some of its trademarks solely for use on WebHost DSA software, products, and services, there are opportunities for third parties to license some WebHost DSA trademarks, both on a royalty and nonroyalty basis.

If you have a commercial trademark licensing proposal, you may submit it by e-mail to sale @ webhost.com.au. Please include the word Trademark in the subject line of your message. WebHost DSA does not review specific requests for guidance pertaining to referential use of its trademarks or of the names of its software and hardware. If you have a question about how to properly reference WebHost DSA trademarks in your materials, or on product packaging to indicate compatibility with WebHost DSA technology, please review the general trademark guidelines.

General WebHost DSA Trademark Guidelines

WebHost DSA does not permit or consent to any name, logo, trademark, or other symbol or device that could be confused with or dilute its trademarks. Consult your legal counsel if you have questions.

WebHost DSA Logo Licensing Information
